Privacy notice
This website is a professional profile. It has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising, and it does not track you.

Who I am
This website, odoeric.com, is run by Eric Odo, an HCPC registered physiotherapist in the United Kingdom. I am the controller for the personal information described in this notice. You can contact me about anything in it at rico4real2022@outlook.com or on 07901 603714.
What this website collects
Nothing that identifies you. There are no contact forms, newsletters, sign-ins, analytics tools, advertising tags or social media trackers on this site. The fonts and code it uses are served from odoeric.com itself, so visiting it does not send your details to Google or any other third party.
Hosting
The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. Like every web server, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, so that it can deliver the page and protect the site from attacks. I do not receive this information in a form that identifies you; I can only see overall figures, such as how many visits the site had. Cloudflare may process this information outside the UK, under safeguards recognised by UK data protection law. You can read Cloudflare's privacy policy.
When you contact me
If you email or phone me, I receive the details you choose to share, usually your name, contact details and your message. I use them only to reply to you and, where it applies, to discuss a role, a referral or a professional opportunity.
| Purpose | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Replying to your enquiry | Legitimate interests: answering people who contact me |
| Discussing or taking up a role or contract | Steps taken at your request before entering a contract |
| Any health information you choose to share | Your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time |
Please do not send detailed health information by email. If you are a patient or carer, speak to the service caring for you, your GP or NHS 111.
Email is held by my email provider, Microsoft (Outlook), and calls and texts by my phone network. I do not sell your information or share it with anyone else unless the law requires me to.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete them. If an enquiry leads to work, I keep what is needed for that work and for any legal or professional record keeping duties, and no longer.
References in my CV
The CVs on this site list two references by their organisational contact details only: a recruitment and HR team at an NHS trust, and an employment agency. No personal contact details of individual referees are published.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies and does not store anything on your device. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie, such as __cf_bm, to tell people apart from automated traffic. It is used only to protect the site, expires within 30 minutes, and does not need your consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. There is nothing to accept or decline, so the site shows no cookie banner.
Links to other websites
Some links, such as LinkedIn and the HCPC register, take you to other websites. They have their own privacy notices, and I am not responsible for how they handle your information.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information I hold about you
- ask me to correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
- ask me to delete your information
- ask me to restrict or stop using it, or object to how I use it
- ask for your information in a portable format
- withdraw your consent at any time, where I rely on it
To use any of these rights, email me. I will reply within one month, and it is free.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, please tell me first so I can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this notice
I will update this notice if the website changes how it handles information. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
